Travel to the Cave of the Past

Walkthrough

Do some space and time warping. Get roboticized and make your way through the creepy cave of the past until you reach Giygas.

Now it’s epic battle time. Fail, and Giygas will rip into the cosmos like a dog on a t-bone steak. Don’t pray ’till you see the reds of his insane twisted faces.

Challenges

  • Enter the Phase Distorter with as few items as possible.
  • Fight 10 Bionic Krakens.
  • Beat Giygas at Level 60 or under.
  • Beat Giygas with only Paula alive.
  • Remember the Shattered Man you were supposed to avoid in the Summers museum? Go back and fight him after you’ve beaten Giygas. Don’t lose, though, or the game will freeze!
  • And, as always, the final challenge: DO NOT ENJOY THE ENDING! …pssh, yeah, right.
  • 1/128 RARE ITEM CHALLENGE! The elusive Bionic Krakens drop the elusive Gutsy Bat. Win one and you can call yourself a full-fledged EarthBound geek!
